Michael Welty is an experienced business leader and real estate professional based in Sea Bright, New Jersey. He formed Aspen, Colorado’s 247 Enterprise, LLC, in 2004 and continues to serve the investment property company as a managing partner. He expanded his professional activities in 2011, establishing himself as an independent day trader and equity options trader. Michael Welty has additionally served as a partner at Aspen Development Partners since 2015, a position that involves real estate development financing, acquisition, and design. More recently, he joined Gloria Nilson and Co. in Red Bank, New Jersey, as a real estate agent working with clients throughout Monmouth County.
Mr. Welty studied history at Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, graduating with a bachelor of arts. Beyond his work in the real estate industry, he spends time engaging with various charities and community groups, including Red Bank Council 3187 of the Knights of Columbus and the Red Bank Soup Kitchen. He also enjoys playing in his band Rummy Joe, an acoustic duo performing throughout Monmouth County.
